The highly popular Portland Fitcamp, brought to you by the experts at Fulcrum Fitness, kicks off its 2011 season on May 16th.   A four-week outdoor exercise program designed just for women, Fitcamp is a unique and progressive way to sculpt great looking bodies and supercharge your metabolism.

The program is held in Portland’s finest parks and led by a select group of fitness professionals.  It starts with the basics and works its way through a progressive curriculum that is designed for all fitness levels and ages, and guaranteed to achieve results.
