Portland Fit Camp is a four-week outdoor exercise program just for women. Led by a handpicked group of experienced and proven fitness experts, each class is unique, progressive, and designed to sculpt great looking bodies and supercharge your metabolism. How it Works
It’s time for something new. Starting from week one, you and a small group of women will cruise through a structured and progressively designed curriculum of exercises and benchmarking sessions that will elevate your fitness level to heights you didn’t think possible.

Portland Fitcamp trainers teach functional, core-based movements. Once you’ve got the fundamentals, it’s time to crank up the intensity. From agility ladder drills, to basic air squats, you’ll work your body from top to bottom each session, and learn valuable exercise fundamentals in the process.
The most exciting part of the Portland Fitcamp design is that anyone doing it can achieve great results. Whether you haven’t worked out for months, or have worked out every single day for months, the classes will challenge you to meet and exceed your potential. The small group environment allows each trainer to be laser focused on every participant, ensuring maximum safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.
