Cate Wade started personal training Iin 2002 after four years as a Division I athlete. Influenced by the strength and conditioning staff that pushed her to accomplish things she never knew were possible, she wanted to share that gift with others. She loves assisting her clients to empower themselves and showing them, regardless of any perceived limitation, they can do amazing things. Small group training is particularly exciting because of the dynamic energy within a group of people who challenge themselves and each other. Cate see's exercise as a healing tool with limitless potential.
